Bahan-Bahan :

1	dada ayam dipotong tipis
200	gram udang dikupas
5	butir bakso ikan dibelah 2
5	helai daun kol
10	helai sawi caisim dipotong-potong
3	batang daun prei dipotong-potong
1	batang daun seledri dipotong-potong
3	buah tomat dibelah 4
1	buah bawang bombay dibelah 4
2	buah wortel dipotong serong & tipis
3	siung bawang putih
4	sendok makan saus tomat

	Garam secukupnya
	Lada halus secukupnya
	Bumbu penyedap sesuai selera

Cara Mengolah :

1. Tumis bawang putih hingga menguning dan berbau harum. 2. Masukkan sekaligus ayam dan udang, aduk rata hingga setengah matang. 3. Tambahkan air segelas. 4. Sesudah mendidih masukkan wortel, bakso ikan dan sayuran lainnya. 5. Aduk terus sambil menambahkan saus tomat, garam, lada dan bumbu penyedap. 6. Setelah rasanya sesuai selera, masukkan cairan tepung sagu/maizena. 7. Segera angkat dari api. 8. Hidangkan selagi hangat.

Bahan :
* 250 gram udang segar, belah punggungnya
* 2 tangkai daun bawang, iris halus
* 2 tangkai daun seledri, iris halus
* 3 sendok makan bawang goreng
* 750 ml kaldu
Bumbu Halus :
* 8 butir bawang merah
* 6 siung bawang putih
* 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
* 2 sendok teh garam
Bahan Sambal :
* 7 buah cabai merah
* 5 buah cabai rawit
* 1 sendok teh terasi bakar
* 1/2 sendok teh garam
* 1/2 sendok teh gula
Cara Membuat Sup Udang
1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
2. Masukkan udang.
3. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
4. Tuangkan kaldu, daun bawang dan seledri.
5. Aduk-aduk sampai mendidih.
6. Sajikan hangat dengan menaburkan bawang goreng dan sambal. Untuk sambal, haluskan semua bahan.

resep pepes tahu enak

Bahan Masak Pepes Tahu :

• 10 buah tahu yang diblender hingga agak lembut
• 1 lembar daun bawang yang dirajang halus
• 4 lembar daun salam
• 10 buah cabe rawit atau tergantung selera
• 1 buah daun pisang sebagai bahan pembungkus
• Potongan batang lidi sebagai penyemat

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:

• 4 buah bawang putih yang dikupas
• 3 siung bawang merah yang dikupas
• 4 buah cabe merah besar yang dicuci bersih
• 1 sendok teh garam dapur
• 1/2 sendok teh gula

Cara Membuat Masakan Pepes Tahu :

1. Lembutkan tahu, lalu masukkan kedalam sebuah wadah yang berisi bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan. Aduk rata.
2. Masukkan daun bawang yang telah dipotong-potong halus, aduk lagi.
3. Sebelum dibungkus dengan menggunakan daun pisang, selipkan beberapa buah cabai untuk mendapatkan efek pedas saat disantap serta daun salam sebagai pewangi.
4. Bungkus hingga rapi dengan menggunakan daun pisang. Sematkan dengan menggunakan potongan lidi agar bungkusan terlihat rapi.
5. Panaskan dandang yang berisi air secukupnya. Lali kukus bungkusan tahu kurang lebih selama 40 menit hingga 1 jam.
6. Angkat, Sajikan Hangat.

RESEP KUE PUTRI SALJU

Bahan Membuat Kue putri Salju:

•     tepung terigu 180 gram ( protein rendah )
•     tepung maizena 20 gram
•     gula tepung 50 gram
•     baking powder 1 sdt
•     telur 2 kuning
•     mentega 130 gram
•     keju parut 60 gram
•     kacang mete 60 gram ( panggang, haluskan)
•     gula donat secukupnya ( untuk taburan )
•     vanili 1/2 sdt

Cara Membuat Kue Putri Salju Lembut dan Renyah

• Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena serta baking powder, ayak sampai tercampur rata.  Tambahkan kacang mete yang telah dihaluskan, aduk rata. Sisihkan
• Kocok mentega, gula tepung, keju parut serta vanili sampai adonan mengembang dan pucat. tambahkan kuning telur, kocok kembali sampai adonan tercampur merata.
• Selanjutnya masukkan campuran tepung yang telah diayak, lalu aduk sampai rata menggunakan spatula.
• Giling adonan setebal 1/2 cm, lalu cetak adonan putri salju kue dengan cetakan kue kering.
• Letakan diatas loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin dan dialasi kertas roti.
• Panggang kue putri salju dalam oven bersuhu 150 C selama 25 – 30 menit sampai kue kering dan matang. Angkat
• Selagi panas, guling gulingkan kue ke dalam gula donat sampai seluruh permukaan terbalut. Dinginkan, simpan ke dalam toples.
